Which screens can I use?
Any display that can open a web page in a modern browser, directly or through a small connected device. The TV keeps its key in the browser’s secure storage, so a browser without it is shown as unsupported. We help you check your hardware before you start.
How is a TV paired?
You ask for a 6-digit PIN and type it on the TV. The TV then shows a QR code, you scan it and confirm with your passkey. You can pair from a phone browser today; the mobile app is coming soon.
How do I capture leads?
Scan a badge or a business card with the camera of a phone or laptop. The text on a card is read automatically, in English and French, and the lead is saved under the event you choose. You can scan from the dashboard in a browser today; the mobile app is coming soon.
What if the connection is slow?
A presentation is downloaded and checked in full before a screen switches to it, so a slow connection never leaves a half-loaded show on the screen.
Who can control a screen?
Only people you give a role in your organization, or access to a specific event. Screens obey only commands signed by your organization, and every action is recorded in a tamper-evident log.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. You can export your organization’s data and close your account whenever you want.
